Some people only have a 1/2 hr for lunch or may have kids in the car with them. And don't even get me started about the "bacon" this location uses for their burgers.

People who came in after I arrived were able to order and get their food before me. I acknowledge it was a busy time for both in dining and pick up, but at least communicate the delays to lower expectations. When we got the food the buns were soggy, the burgers were not warm at all.
