- CCCe Ce2 days ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience after dining here for my birthday. Unfortunately, an allergen was not properly labelled, which led to a serious issue. What made this more frustrating was the lack of follow-up or care afterward. I’ve received better customer service from A&W over a simple mistake than I did here. I gave the restaurant a couple of weeks to address the situation, but since no meaningful resolution was provided, I’ve decided I won’t be returning. The only positive part of the experience was our waitress.

And I was very comfortable play sing by order. She continued to check on us at least twice. And we noticed she was extremely hard working and efficient at her job. We have been to this particular swiss Chalet as it is just around the corner from where we live. We have found that is often understaffed and we have had to wait To be greeted at the door and found the tables were not cleared very quickly. I believe this to be. A problem of management understaffing d employees were certainly working as efficiently and quickly as possible without compromising personality and kindness. Sincerely Lynn
