  I had a mixed experience here. The employee who prepared my food was great—friendly and did a good job. However, the cashier was quite rude. Even though the restaurant was empty and my sub wasn’t ready yet, she rushed me to grab my drink in a passive tone, which felt unnecessary. What made it worse was that she then said something to her coworker in another language, "Did I ask for too much?". That came across as dismissive, which made me uncomfortable as a customer. Good customer service matters, and unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression. I won’t be returning.

  Used Uber Eats to order from the Subway location and it is just appalling. They literally bagged up chips and food that are visibly open. The bag of chips is missing the corner like it was cut with scissors and they thought that it was right to put that into our order instead of giving us a safely sealed bag. It's not even the right kind of chips. And then the sub was missing key ingredients we paid extra for. But considering how they gave us an open bag of chips I'm not really sure if I trust eating the sub.

  I ordered two meatball subs on white bread with white cheese salt pepper and Parmesan The girl asked me twice if it was toasted and I told her no twice Return back to work with my order for myself and a co-worker it was an Italian herb & cheese meatball sub x2 with no white cheese thank God it wasn't toasted or I would have been a little more upset but this is ridiculous when I called to let the worker know that they made a mistake she sounded confused I asked to speak to a manager she said oh I am the manager and then she said oh yeah I made that.... My initial complaint was that there was no cheese on it she started to argue with me that she asked me for cheese and I said yes to white cheese no to toasted two times and then Michael worker mentions and it's on Italian herb and cheese I came in at approximately 11:22 on January 16th Not even an apology I had to say typically you say I'm sorry and offer the customer an additional sandwich and or if they're able to come back that you can remake it and she didn't even offer this after I suggested or requested.... I then said can I have the owner call me back and then she said I'll call you back and hungupp Disgusting service not to mention there are other workers in the back I can hear chatting when I used to the washroom I could hear them through the walls we definitely need to focus customer service is everything especially when we're paying $22 for two sandwiches with meatballs and sauce absolutely ridiculous

  Good Pizza sub foot long with the works and hot sauce. Plus a good Pepsi to drink. 4 out of 4 from me.
