  The experience I had at this restaurant was a very strange one. A woman working here named Hillary was incredibly rude to my friend and I for literally no reason. We came in with a coupon that I was asking how to use and the way she explained it was just short and rude when i was nothing but politely asking her how to go about using it. she was also seeming to be like in a very angry mood by the way she walked out immediately after basically saying that she couldn’t help me out with it. I then figured out how to order online and I had ordered extra toppings on one sub which she completely ignored so my friend spoke up and asked for more sauce to which she completely missed the sub and pretty much just put the messiest squirt of sauce all over the side of the sub. and while she was making the sub she was slamming the oven door just overall acting very unprofessional, rude and not doing her job correctly. there was another man working there (i didn’t get his name) but he had glasses he was incredible and kind and made our experience a little bit better. overall this hillary woman needs to be a bit more professional and treat people with more respect and kindness especially considering we were nothing but kind to her.

  I ordered a BOGO footlong through the Subway app expecting to receive two proper sandwiches as advertised. Instead, what I got was one single veggie patty split in half and spread across the whole footlong to make it look like two portions. That’s not what a BOGO deal is supposed to be. This felt misleading and honestly disappointing. If the promotion says buy one, get one, customers should receive two full portions — not one patty divided up. I also want to mention that the staff member who handled my order was Connor. I hope this location improves transparency and honors promotions properly in the future.

  Food quality was good Store was clean The employee working today January 18 afternoon was really rude and impolite, upon seeing other reviews I don’t think this would matter but someone really needs to look up on the service being provided.

  It’s happened twice now that I’ve ordered online and went to pick up my orders around 9PM, only to arrive and see that they’re closed (despite it saying online they’re open until 11PM). Last time I did eat here, the subs were very small and lacking toppings. My mom called this evening to kindly ask to speak to a manager and the girl who answered was incredibly rude for no reason at all. Do they not teach/care about customer service at this location? Clearly not, based on all of the negative reviews. Do not go to this location.

  Ordered online today and when we opened our subs they were completely ridiculous. Barely any topping and the bread was hard. I always go to this subway go in to order and subs/wraps are usually pretty good. I will not be returning ever. Terrible. I guess when you order online you your treated differently.
