  Place online order then when to pick up order had to wait an additional 15 minutes didn't give us any utensils for the for a poutine. They said they were out of stock. Food was inedible. Got food poisoning from eating there.

  Ice machine was broken. I used to work in fast food, and im pretty we would buy ice in a nearby convenience store to supply our ice. Also, they barely have any bottled/canned drinks. Empty restaurant, no line at the drive thru. Yet they took more than 20 minutes to prepare our bucket order. This place seriously need a change in management.

  I had a great experience at KFC. The food was fresh, hot, and served quickly. The staff was friendly and made sure my order was correct. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Definitely one of the better fast food experiences I’ve had—will be coming back!

  Very very bad experience for the second time, my sincere advice to whoever reads this comment, don't even think about going to this store, they're not professional people working there. Seems like they just work there for time pass, don't want to work for customers they don't listen to them. They don't care how long they wait for the food. I have got a very bad food too apart from their service, they will not give you the drinks unless you ask them. A terrible KFC in whole country filled with people's attitude and bad food, service and what not! Highly recommend to not to go there.

  Placed an order for delivery on the KFC app that was around $50. The order was never delivered and when I try to call the restaurant for an update or to cancel the order there is no answer on the telephone. Why have a phone number for customer support if there is no one there to help customers? Orders should be refundable through the app like they are for Uber Eats or door dash. I simply just want a refund for my order. Taking customers’ money and not delivering the product is horrible business. It should not be this hard to get your money back when you didn’t receive what you ordered. At least I know now to never use the KFC app again!
