- LSLynn Sears6 days ago4.0Food as always reliable good and fresh. Are server Karthika was extremely pleasant. I felt like she really took her time with us. And I was very comfortable play sing by order. She continued to check on us at least twice. And we noticed she was extremely hard working and efficient at her job. We have been to this particular swiss Chalet as it is just around the corner from where we live. We have found that is often understaffed and we have had to wait To be greeted at the door and found the tables were not cleared very quickly. I believe this to be. A problem of management understaffing d employees were certainly working as efficiently and quickly as possible without compromising personality and kindness. Sincerely Lynn

I always order the mash potatoes with my chicken and they are ALWAYS cold. The vegetables are not only COLD but they aren't even cooked. Can't even cut them with a fork and knife?? And the last time time we ordered take out, the dark meat was so dry it was not edible!! Somebody needs to rethink this!!
