- KBKevin B1 day ago1.0Ive been going to Swiss Chalet since the 80s. It's been one of my favorite restaurants. My wife, her cousin and myself attended this Swiss Chalet on Glendale on November 22nd for dinner. I ordered a Chicken Stir Fry while my wife ordered the festive quarter chicken special. First my Chicken Stir Fry was a "kids" size. I found 2 chicken bones and counted 3 pieces of bite sized chicken pieces in the entire plate. On top of that the meal was drowning in Soya Sauce which made it all black. All I tasted was Soya Sauce. The chicken pieces, 3 of them, were extremely dry almost like they were taken from another dish after sitting. My wife's Quarter Festive had a chicken piece that was so tiny it measured 4 inches by 3 inches. The stuffing was one soup spoon full in size. It was more plate then food. At the end of the night the waiter did not give my wife the chocolate and scratch card that the Festive meal came with. I believe this was because I complained about the "Chicken Stir Fry". I will never visit this establishment or any other Swiss Chalet after this experience.

The waitress Tia was so pleasant and let us sit down and eat with my dad on my birthday! Her service was great! She was so sweet. Food was great! I shall return to this location again.

The host greeted us with warmth and professionalism, making us feel instantly welcome. Andrea, our server, was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful throughout the meal. And as always, the food was delicious. Consistently impressive service and cuisine make this place a favourite!
- MGmichael gusekNov 12, 20255.0Had to go to niagara falls Ontario for a great meal..go to the one in st. Catherine's because the one in the falls charges an extra tax called the NIAGARA FALLS DESTINATION TAX. Not fair to residents or more so to the tourists....
