Won’t be ordering from here again. We ordered a family pack, 4 pops, 2 kids meals, and 2 desserts. Ordered online for pick up and they couldn’t be bothered to get our order right. After bringing the order home we were missing a poutine, all the sour cream and butter for the baked potatoes, and they only gave us 1 kids apple sauce so the kids had to fight over it. They did try to rectify it by sending out the missing things, which didn’t arrive til an hour later when dinner was already over. I’m not sure if lack of quality control is the normal for them but we won’t be risking it again to find out. $100 later and honestly it would have been less headache to just make a home cooked meal anyways. Sad.

I was here a few months ago and had a good experience as we usually do. We come here for everyone's birthday dinner. Yesterday we came for my daughters birthday dinner.
We were seated. Immediately the server came over and took drink orders as well as food orders. We kinda scrambled to look at the menu and made it clear we needed time and the gentleman was just standing waiting. Drinks, food and appetizers all arrived at the same time about 15 minutes or so after ordering. He checked on us a few times. We felt extremely rushed despite the fact that it wasn't busy at all. We didnt receive the desserts that go with the kids meal, or for the birthday child like usual. There was a clear language barrier when trying to communicate that made this a bit frustrating. When it came time for the bill we had 2 bills for 7 people. 2 seperate families. The waiter handed the bill to both the females at the tables, instead of the husband's wich we thought was strange. When it came time to pay and tip he quite literally stood over my shoulder watching me enter the numbers into the debit machine. Awkward.
Oh and the food, 3 people ordered chicken parm and it came burnt soaking in grease with a extremely small amount of cheese and sauce. Worst thing ive ever ordered from there.
I have a feeling ownership or management has changed. The change is very noticeable.

This evening I was served by the kindest young man at the take out counter. His name was Colby and he knew just the right way to deal with customers on a very busy night. I spoke to a woman beside me who was also observing Colby’s winning ways and she said ‘that’s so amazing you were thinking the same thing I was about this courteous and cheerful young fellow’. It is so refreshing seeing a positive young person these days, more interested in serving others than themselves. The world needs more Colby’s. Thanks for the great service!!!

Went to Swiss chalet today with my dad at around 2pm. There was a couple inside waiting and asked them if they were waiting they said yes. Don’t know how long they had been waiting but we waited while no one came to the podium. I peaked around the corner and an older blonde server said I’ll be right there. So I went back and waited for another long while and I peaked around again only to be told hastily that she was the key one n and shel be right there. My dad said let’s go and we left. We should never have to be at the front without a greeter for that long of a time. Really bad we probably won’t be back there.
