  Ordered online today and when we opened our subs they were completely ridiculous. Barely any topping and the bread was hard. I always go to this subway go in to order and subs/wraps are usually pretty good. I will not be returning ever. Terrible. I guess when you order online you your treated differently.

  I ordered BOGO foot long on the app, they refunded us the money because they don't accept any promotions from the app. We ordered at the store, the add ons were minimal. Don't go to this location. I will never go back there.

  Does the manager care customer reviews at all? And does filing a complaint with Subway even work? I had the same experience described in many other reviews. I ordered multiple footlong sandwiches in a single online order, all with extra lettuce, tomato, cucumber, etc., so this clearly wasn’t an accident. What I received was noticeably less than what I’ve gotten at other Subway locations. The “extra” toppings amounted to barely a single piece per sandwich. This store is clearly cutting corners. I won’t be returning.

  I used the BOGO deal on the Subway app, and the quality was honestly ridiculous. Both subs were missing several ingredients entirely, and the portions that did arrive were so minimal I would have laughed, had I not paid for it. The most frustrating part is the total lack of accountability. Unlike Skip or DoorDash, the Subway app has no direct chat if you encounter issues, and calling the store directly resulted in no answer. Given these subs were so obviously inadequate, I feel like they are aware of how difficult it is for a customer to complain or get a refund. I have submitted “feedback” with their AI assistant and look forward to seeing if anyone gets in touch. There is no doubt in my mind that had I ordered via another service, I would not have received such poor-quality sandwiches. My advice, avoid using the Subway app to place orders.

  I never write negative reviews, but honestly there are some issues with this Subway. We went there a couple of times in the evening and it was always closed, even though they were supposed to be open (see Google and their website). We ordered online today, and as you can see in the photo, my sandwich was supposed to contain lettuce, tomatoes, and sauce. It tasted like bread with meat. Very disappointed. We will have to choose a different restaurant when we want to order Subway.
