No apology. No gift card that was mentioned on the phone. Just rude, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional. At least the food was okay! I can promised though after that very unpleasant experience... Definitely will never go back to that location ever again! THE POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
