- BJBosie JanNov 12, 20251.0Visited Tues. Nov 11, 2025 for dinner around 5:55pm. Was only two cars back and thought it would be a quick pickup, but I was very mistaken. Order was taken fast enough at the speaker and the person doing the service was polite, but then the wait began. I listened to TWO entire songs on the radio, which would be approx. 6-8 minutes in total before the cars moved at all. THEN, the two in front of me moved quickly, but I sat at the window for ANOTHER TWO SONGS while the older lady inside talked on the landline phone next to the window the entire time. I was neither spoken to nor even acknowledged at all for approx another 2-3 minutes and I just drove away. Never paid, never even had a single word spoken to me at the window, the lady there just kept talking oh the phone with her back to the window. Unfortunately it will be my last visit to that Harvey's as I've just moved to the north end of the city, and that particular Harvey's would have been my usual go-to at least 3-5 times a week. I didn't even have a complicated order, it was just an original combo and it was an empty Tuesday....poor staffing or what?

The place is so clean and the food is so delicious as always.
