The food was cold, the fries were so soggy they were practically wet, and there was absolutely no salt — completely bland. For the price we’re paying, this is unacceptable. Honestly, even the Brock dining hall (which isn’t great to begin with) is better than this. On top of that, the hygiene practices were concerning. I watched a worker using the same tongs for all the vegetables, meats, and toppings without switching or cleaning them — a clear risk for cross-contamination, which could seriously make someone sick. To make things worse, when I was trying to ask for a straw, the worker was busy recording his friend dancing instead of doing his job. Completely unprofessional. Ridiculous experience. Brock deserves better — better food, better service, and better standards overall
