  Love the food, staff and location. Only reason I gave 4 stars was that they were out of soup the past 3 times I've gone in. It was the middle of the afternoon in winter there should have been soup.

  The Indian guy who served was really rude while taking our order, the way he talked with us was very unprofessional and sounded very angry Even one star rating is too much for him

  I walked into this Subway location with no one there. I had put my order in on the app and mentioned that to the cashier. She takes the ticket from the cash and I stand where they make the sandwiches so if someone else comes in it’s not awkward for her to mention “hey I’m just making that guys sub who is sitting down”. Someone walks in and she says “so it’s just this order?” I say “yes” and she proceeds to ask the individual who just walked in what they want, make their sub first, then when she cashes them out she starts my sub….made absolutely no sense. I asked why she did this and she said they serve people who didn’t order on the app first. Well, what’s the point of the app? I order on the app to make their servers life easier because it’s all written down already. The lady was very nice but that makes zero sense. Teaching moment for this location, you serve in order people come in line at the store.
