  We love Subway. But this location in Smithville is nothing but disappointing. Ordered 2 foot long subs on the App. Chicken and steak. When I picked it up and opened the wrapper to check I couldn't see any meat in either one. I thought they gave me the wrong order so I went back and told the staff ( Indian guy) that this is not my order as it's missing the meat He poked around in the sub and showed me the chicken and the steak. The fact that he has to poke around to show me that the sub had meat should tell you how much chicken and steak was actually put in the Sub. If I'm paying for a steak sub, I want to have a reasonable amount of steak. I won't be buying at this location again.

  If you use this subway, I highly recommend you don’t order for pick up and you watch what they are putting on your sub. Unfortunately, we received rotting lettuce on our order. It was brown and ,in spots black and soggy, slimy, and had clearly spoiled. Definitely not a healthy or safe choice to serve this. Unfortunately for us, we ordered for pick up and so didn’t see them make the sub, otherwise we would have said something immediately. Truly hope it’s a one time mistake and it get rectified. Such a shame as subway is a favourite of ours.

  I love Subway. The best thing is when you walk in there to smell that fresh bread smell nothing like it. Staff was very nice and professional. Always get the ham sub. Love it
