  The chicken had hardly any coating on it. It was robbery. There was two pieces that were mangled. We don’t know what they were. It was the worst chicken we have ever had and I will not go back there again if it’s gonna stay that way.

  Not all disabilities are visible. Sometimes human interaction is the simple elegant way to help those who get easily confused by ordering on a screen. Heaven forbid the restaurant key in the order that the customer came here for. Take debit payments at the cash register because NOT ALL DISABILITIES ARE VISIBLE. People who get easily confused ask many questions; get frustrated because noone is around to answer the questions; get dys-regulated very easily; have to calm ourselves down in real time because a restaurant doesn't want to give full customer service. Please start accepting debit payments at the cash register. the food at KFC is delicious but why do we have to work sooooo hard in order to get it? I tipped because I didn't cook the food but come on KFC accept debit payments, not all disabilities are visible.

  Great experience at KFC smith falls ! The food was fresh hot and delicious. Staff was friendly and service was quick.

  Ordered uber from here 3 times, all 3 times they completely butchered my order. Constantly forgetting items or just giving a completely different order in general. Beyond useless.
