  I had a really disappointing experience at this KFC location today. The restaurant was almost empty, yet I waited over 30 minutes for a single sandwich. After waiting that long, I expected the food to at least be put together properly. When I finally got my Matty Matheson sandwich and opened it, there was so much cheese sauce that the sandwich was barely edible. The sauce was spilling everywhere, making it almost impossible to pick up, and it ended up getting all over my hands and clothes. I understand fast food can be messy, but this was clearly poorly assembled. Combined with the long wait time in an otherwise slow restaurant, the whole experience was frustrating. Hopefully they can improve the service and food preparation, because this visit was definitely not a good one.

  Every time I come here now it's a long wait. Waited 15 minutes to get a sandwich combo, fries were cold and sandwich was wrong. Customer service is non existent here, basically "what do you want" no courtesy or kindness at all. Nearly 20$ to be completely disappointed

  Last time I’m coming to KFC. I just watched the worst display of customer service in my life. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I walked into kfc in smiths falls which I have only ever gone to the drive through. Thought it was kind of odd to see a sign saying the register is for cash and coupon orders. But didn’t think anything of it. I after placing my order I watched a lady walk up to the cash because she preferred not to use the register. And she asked 3 times. The cashier whose job is to take an order refused her three times and told her she couldn’t help at the cash. Not only is this the worst experience of customer service I have ever seen then what about accessibility concerns for people. Is KFC allergic to money or are their managers terrible at their job?
