I walked into kfc in smiths falls which I have only ever gone to the drive through. Thought it was kind of odd to see a sign saying the register is for cash and coupon orders. But didn’t think anything of it. I after placing my order I watched a lady walk up to the cash because she preferred not to use the register. And she asked 3 times. The cashier whose job is to take an order refused her three times and told her she couldn’t help at the cash. Not only is this the worst experience of customer service I have ever seen then what about accessibility concerns for people. Is KFC allergic to money or are their managers terrible at their job?

I ordered 4 twister wraps total and only got two. The onion rings were good but when your paying for a service you expect everything to be there. I'd rather not make another 40 minute drive to go retrieve the other two. Not a happy customer here.
