    I ordered for my team at work Apr02-2026, we ordered 6 subs then another one after. They screwed up and gave our Chicken Teriyaki sub to someone else, they gave us someone else's Turkey sub.. When my employee went back to tell them they argued and said she made it and gave it to us. They didn't offer him anything in replacement like some cookies or something. When he came back and told me I was annoyed. I called them to tell them about the switch of the subs, she said she offered my employee a replacement (which he said NO they didn't). My other employee took the turkey one they sent so a replacement wasn't acceptable anyways. I asked her what she was going to do for me as I now spent 120$ at their location. She said you can talk to the girl who made it if you want. UMM No i want to speak to your manager. She said they are in after 3 which i asked her to have them call me. Guess what.. THEY didn't call! I will never recommend this place. Nor will i EVER buy anything here again. Side note my pizza sub wasnt even heated. It was cold eww.

    Hope the store manager sees this, I am not here to talk about the food, its always good. but today i felt really disappointed with the behavior of a staff and this needs to be addressed. As a customer i paid for my food and if there is something wrong i have the right to ask about it, and when i did an employee named Hardi lost all her patience and started yelling and arguing towards me. Her tone was very rude and arrogant like i ate all my food and asked for a refund. i never had such bad experience from any of the other staff moreover they were always friendly. I have no idea how people could be such irresponsible working in a busy store like this. Hope someone will look it to this and tell her to be better at serving customers, else you are going to see many reviews like this

    Tonight, March 15, 2026, I attempted to order a sub, the same way that I have done at this location for many years. I arrived at shortly after 10 pm, and noticed the “Sandwich Artist” working very slowly making a 12”, and a 6” sub, for a customer. When he was finally able to complete this enduring task, a pick up order arrived. Evidently, there was an issue with the cookies for this order involving type, quantity, or possibly both? When the Sandwich Artist finally got to me, it was 10:15 pm, and the location closed at 10:30. He asked me if I wanted my usual, but I said that I wanted to try something different. At this point he demonstrated signs of anger, as he aggressively reminded me that they close in 15 minutes, demanding that I not dine in! But, I quickly pointed out that I still had 15 minutes! This, while he knows full well that I always only get one sandwich, that only takes me about 5 minutes to eat. Plus, I never leave a mess, not even a crumb. He then demanded that he has to clean up! Meanwhile there was another customer behind me in line… So, I walked home, and made a quick sandwich that I was able to eat before 10:30. This is not the first time that I have had issues at this location. I have tried to purchase a breakfast sub there during their posted morning hours of operation, but the location didn’t open until sometime much later. Also, the meatballs are often dried out and disgusting! I have even tried to be friendly with the staff members, and have found this particular Sandwich Artist to be inconsistent, and a bit of a story teller… I won’t be back!
