- APAngie Pineda3 days ago1.0I’ve noticed that the quality of the products at this location is lower compared to other locations like Perth or Kingston. Additionally, it was disappointing to pay for what you usually get and be served significantly less meat in the product.
- DSDavid Stevenson3 days ago1.0I spent $60. On three brisket subs ,the attendant made three subs with the meat for one sub. No meat, bread and Vegetables, ripped totally off. Complained and the guy run to the back and no offer to fix us. Never going back, never! I'm so tired of these people ruining every franchise.

- MIMe myself and IFeb 28, 20261.0OK. It may be they are doing a little construction inside BUT this place is filthy. I don't leave many 1 star reviews but it's horrendous. The floors were covered in dirt. It seemed as if they had not been cleaned in a week. The washrooms were horrendous. The taps were covered in filth. The door handle and the opening of the door were black with dirt. Probably not cleaned in months. I don't care if the servers have to wash their hands, they still need to touch the taps and then the door, meaning their hands are again covered in bathroom waste. I wished I had left the store, but I continued to order after this. I had to ask for fresh lettuce. The tray they had out was " soggy" with lots of brown in it. I took my sandwich to go. When I started eating it the bread was so stale. The ends were hard. I would NOT recommend this place.
