  Went for food: girl on window handed me the bag and went back in without saying that there’s food still missing or to wait. When I called back, a guy picked up the phone and said “chill” and just started talking in Hindi without knowing I do understand that. I was talking on the window and didn’t take my food. When I spoke in the same language, no sorry, nothing — he just kept the phone hanging. When I called again to ask the name of the guy, he was like “leave the phone just like that,” and said to the girl on the phone to just continue her work, saying all that in Hindi to put the phone aside so that she’ll cut by herself. When i went in Guy was like i know who u are and i”talk to you’r management at you’r workplace; for some reason he thought he has authority to mix my personal day to day life with my work? Worst experience!!

  Worst fast food chain experience of my life. I ordered a burger and the buns tasted old, stale, and like they had been microwaved. I drove back to the restaurant to bring it up to the staff through the drive-thru. Instead of handling it professionally, the employee said in a rude manner: “So what if the bread is like that?” When I pulled up to the window, he looked at my shirt, saw my company name, and made an unnecessary comment: “Oh makes sense because you work with so-and-so.” This was completely inappropriate. When I told him his comment was unacceptable and asked to speak to a manager, he loudly said: “NO, THERE IS NO MANAGER!” and refused to refund me. Things got even worse — he cursed at me in his own language and put his hand near my face in a threatening way, as if he wanted to hit me. No customer should ever feel threatened at a restaurant they paid money to. Luckily, I have everything recorded on my dash cam. I will be posting the video on Sioux Lookout community pages and other groups so people are aware of the kind of treatment they might face here. This was beyond disrespectful and completely unacceptable customer service.

  Food is alright. Good service. This is the second time getting a large fry and getting skimped out on the 6$ after tax worth of fries. Especially when you compare it to the ad sign

  Worst dairy queen ever. Painfully slow, cant take orders right or then deliver them properly. Multiple times not just on one visit. For the price they charge for food it is unacceptable. Looking at reviews over the past year its a constant issue they claim to take seriously but still is not resolved. Clearly it acceptable to DQ or this place would have new ownership or franchise revoked.
