From order screen to receiving food took 22 minutes.
3 vehicles in front of me only. Plan for dry poor chicken. Order incorrect and poor communication. Lobby closed for dine in almost always.

The workers do not wear gloves at all. It’s actually gross. I ordered fries and I saw them preparing it from the drive thru window, then I noticed that they weren’t wearing gloves while putting the fries in the box. And then he went to pick up the fries that dropped and put them back into the box with his FINGERS without any gloves. This is really gross and so unsanitary, it makes me wonder how they make the burgers and chicken now.

I was excited for a DQ, but I feel this place has gotten really bad really fast this past year. The dining area has been closed twice I've visited, leaving no option to dine-in, orders consistently take over 30 mins to prepare, and often arrive with errors or cold food. One time I took my son out and we waited 30 mins for our meals that we had to eat in the car, because the dining area was closed... then noticed a sauce was missing and it took 15 mins to get the attention of the worker, who was swamped with orders because they seemed to be working completely alone. The pop machine doesn't taste very good and never has ice, the drive thru takes so long - I don't even bother anymore. The building itself has a cracked window, stains in the ceiling tiles from leaks, glue residue around the windows, and the poor workers are using space heaters to keep warm. Who even built this place and do the owners even care about it?

Very poor customer service. I ordered two Red Velvet ice creams and the first one was already melted when it was given to me. The second one came about five minutes later. When I politely asked the cashier about it, she responded in a rude way, told me to be patient, and then started laughing.
I came back a few minutes later to explain that the first ice cream was melted and had very few red velvet chunks. Instead of helping, the staff told me their machine was already closed and that I should come back tomorrow if I wanted it changed.
This is unacceptable. When a customer receives a melted product, the least you can do is fix the problem on the spot. Very disappointing experience and definitely not the customer service I expected.

The Dairy Queen in Sioux Lookout has got to be the worst take out restaurant that I’ve experienced when it comes to their customer service. The amount of times our orders are wrong is insane and their willingness to fix things is worse. We often go out to eat on Thursdays after hockey and today was a DQ night. The amount of times the lady working at the window told me “okay anything else?” And as I started to speak, she would yell “JUST WAIT” was wild. She repeated our order and we drove up to the window, she handed us our food and again told me “just wait” so we thought the rest of our food was coming. She came back to the window and asked what I needed. I told her she told us to wait and she got angry saying “no I didn’t!” So then my partner told her she did and that we were missing half of our food just for her to yell at me saying that I didn’t order anything else. And as I was saying that she repeated back our order prior, she then proceeded to walk away from me at the window while I was still talking to her trying to get my food. Not the first time we’ve experienced the rudeness from that restaurant but the first time it’s been so extreme. Disappointing that there’s no customer service in a customer service job.
