    Swiss Chalet Simcoe is more than just another “chain restaurant”. The team actually remembers you, they remember your favourites, they give you a legitimate home feeling that you want to keep going back, and their smiles are always the most memorable and genuine. Kathy is a one of a kind gem. Anytime we come for lunch or dinner, she is at the top of our list to be our waitress. There’s a million reasons why she has worked here for years.. she’s the best of best. We have never had a bad experience or meal here. And the chicken is by far the best in the world LOL 🤭

    Always a home run with Simcoe Swiss Chalet!! If you love their fries come here. They always overflow your plate with them. Chicken is always moist. Yes, I used that word!!!

Our visit to Swiss Chalet was a great experience from start to finish. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you hope for when you go out to enjoy a meal. The spring rolls are an absolute favorite of mine and a must order every time. They never disappoint. The portion sizes were very generous, refer to pictures, which stood out, especially with how much prices have gone up everywhere. It felt good to actually receive value for what we paid. Selina, our server, made the entire experience even better. Her energy, friendliness, and attention to detail added so much to our visit. She made us feel welcomed and taken care of, and honestly, she made the experience fun. This was our first time at this location, and it definitely will not be our last. Well done to Swiss Chalet for continuing to deliver great portions, good service, and real value to your customers.
