  If I could give less stars I would. Absolutely a horrible experience at this location. I went here the other day we pulled into drive thru and no one acknowledged us for like 3 minutes. We started to say hello is there anyone there and then they finally said be with you in a few minutes. By the time we ordered it was 5 minutes sitting in front of the speaker. We ordered a twister combo and a big crunch combo. When we got to the window they told us the just put the chicken In the fryer and and it would be 3 to 7 minutes. We were instructed to pull out front and wait. We waited for about 15 minutes for our "fast food" to come out. My big crunch combo was the size of a junior chicken and it tasted burnt. The only good thing about the meal was the fries. Really disappointing when you have a craving for your favorite combo and it's sub par at best. Will not be going to this location ever again. If I had of known the big crunch was the size of a junior chicken I would not have ordered. anot sure if it was understaffed or if no one really gives a shit about the customer anymore these days.

  food was decent service was absolutely atrocious waited 40 minutes after they said only 10 all around just a bad dining experience

  Their service is dmn slow.waited more than 30 mins for drive thru order.what a waste of time.not considering it in future anymore.

  Everytime I come through drive thru, the woman is extremely rude and almost always tells me to pull ahead, and then I have to wait 10+ minutes. Not sure why I’ve come back but I think today’s the last straw. Please get someone with better people skills at drive thru.
