Edit: Swiss Chalet contacted me right away - that is impressive. I was there for lunch yesterday - it was very disappointing. I had avoided Swiss Chalet for a few years as it had slid downhill. I tried it again last summer for the beef and it was really good so I decided to go again for the chicken parm special. The "garlic" bread was dry bread with cheese - no garlic butter at all. The "Fettucine" Alfredo was actually dry spaghetti noodles with no sauce sprinkled with what appeared to be parsley. No resemblance to the picture on the menu. The chicken was partly edible but be careful not to break a tooth - it was rock hard. The garlic loaf appetizer was very good. At no point did the server ask how the meal was or I would have requested sauce for the spaghetti. I was also never offered a re-fill on my pop which I had emptied after the first few bites of sawdust. So after leaving hungry and thirsty, I guess it will be a few years again before I return.

I had placed an order for myself and another co-worker and the chicken was so small with hardly any meat on it and so greasy i couldn't eat it....I would never of thought that when you order the quarter chicken that it was going to be the size of my palm and thats not very big....the food in general was just not good and I dont think I will be ordering from there again

Ordered for take out using the app. It was ready on time and was reasonably priced, especially with the $5 off for using the mobile app for the first time. As always, the food was delicious.

Pre-ordered my meal at 11am for pickup at 4pm. Everything was correct and fresh. What more can you ask for? Picking it up was a little confusing but we sorted that out together.
Call me old fashioned but I was a fan of Swiss chalet when they used to actually look like a chalet inside. I prefer that atmosphere.
