On top of that, the restaurant was filthy, there was no cleaning staff anywhere, and the service was beyond pathetic. How can you call yourself a manager when your place is in such horrible condition? The lack of hygiene, the poor customer service, and the negligence are unacceptable. This is not just disappointing — it’s outrageous. Customers deserve better, and you clearly don’t care about the people eating at your place. You need to take accountability immediately and fix the horrible state of your restaurant before more customers walk out with the same disgusting experience.

When I brought this to the manager’s attention, instead of apologizing or addressing the issue professionally, she dismissed it as "okay" and refused to offer any refund or replacement. Even worse, she became rude and argumentative, showing zero concern for customer service or food hygiene. Her exact words were something like: "Don't eat McDonald's if you don't like it." – I was shocked. This is hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced, and the lack of hygiene is beyond alarming. I will never return to this location and strongly urge others to stay away for their own safety.
