Horrible horrible horrible. Preordered because I know they’re slow. Went into store to pick it up and then told 8 minutes. Waited 15 minutes, still nothing. Then after someone else gets their food who came in after me, told 8 more minutes. As I write this 3 more people ordered and got their food! Also a Guy in the back keeps coughing and touching food.

This restaurant is beyond pathetic. No words can describe how pathetic of an operation this is here . Have messed my food up several times. Given me half cooked raw chicken. Taken over 45 minutes when told it would be a 5 minute wait. Then to receive my food & it be cold Then have to deal with this Ignorant mouthy "manager sandy" who talks down to you and belittles you. I feel that this location should be shut down and half the employees should be fired and replace it with Popeyes or mary browns as these ppl that work here at this kfc have zero respect for any one that supports them! I will not be back. I will also be spreading the word to friends and family and reporting to head office. Cheers.
