  Night time no out side lights or menu board ,had to wait long for food and new promo not good

  Do you not ever change the oil in your fryers. Extremely disappointing to get burnt tasting chicken. The after taste is horrible.

  Blond hair lady was so rude. How can she be a manager if she dont know how to respect her customers and her employees . She was shouting all the time . Not a great customer service. Waited for more than half an hour for chicken unbelievable huhh .. The store was full of customers waiting for their orders .Service was so poor. can't tolerate this behaviour for one more time . Not the first experience too

  Placed our order was told 15 minutes 45 minutes later food is brought out. A bit annoying but what ever, its Kentucky fries pigeon after all. What gets them the review is the next day. My wife and me it was a race who could get to the bathroom first. Fire hose out of both ends. Was it the KFP? WELL we ate earlier in the day and all of us 2 others were fine from tbat food. But the KFP. only me and my wife ate and our guts gurgling spasmatic messes. Im writing this with a flaming sore poot chute. Annoyed by the fact that over priced greasy pigeon has rendered my rear end a tender mess that only cool baby wipes relieve. My insides a churning mess of bubbles, gurgles, and muscle spasms. How come this place was amazing when it opened and now is just good for resurfacing my colon via the most violent and horrendous way possible? Yea I knew last night I shouldn't have ordered it. And I'll have to tattoo it on my hand to stay away from KFP from now on, so I'll never relive this horror. I cant speak for my wife but she's laying down and I can atleast sit. If a fist fight breaks out over the use of the porcelain throne, im blaming the domestic abuse charges on KFP. it won't be a bloody mess but it will be a MESS. I can assure you. 0/10 won't eat again.

  This is the slowest place on earth it seems. Service is slow irrespective of how busy the store is. I ordered large popcorn chicken, they always serve in smaller box , when compared to other stores It's clear that the owner doesn't care. Also there is alway shortage of white meat.
