  My experience was very bad with this subway staff didn’t know how to treat the customer specially the bigger guy he have lot attitude looking like untrained .

  I freaking love this subway.the staff are so incredible. They genuinely don’t have to be as nice as they are and it’s amazing to see such lovely people.They are truly amazing people. I appreciate everyone and all you guys do! The food is always top notch. I appreciate you guys for being so helpful when it comes to my allergies and being careful. The food is constantly good. The store itself is always so bright and fresh. Thank you guys. All of you:)

  “Ivy” she is very nice. Her way of serving guest is so polite and nice. Me and friend visit in the morning from Belleville to Shannonville. She attends us sweetly and kindly Thank you ❤️

  Very good Subway (Fresh bread and ingredients). They even give you cookie if you sing a song!

  Just went into Subway after receiving coupons in the mail. Awesome! Arrived at the store, no attendance behind the counter. Finally a young kid staggers in from the Jarred open door leading to outside letting a load of flies into the store. He then asks me what I want I tell him I want 3 ft long subs two meatballs and one cold cut. He proceeds to tell me that he has to get more cold cut meat out of the fridge as they are out. This is 6:00 p.m. remind you think that they would be stocked up. He then tells me that he only has enough meatballs for one sub, would he like me to make more meatballs for the other? Obviously that's what I want so I say yes. Once again surprised that there's no meatballs ready yet dinner time. He then tells me it will be 5 more minutes for meatballs. I say that's fine and wait the allotted time. Meanwhile, three more employees emerge from the yard open door all staggering in assuming they just had a"smoke break", my meatballs are currently cooking while a new staggering employee asks me what I would like on my cold cut while the meatballs are finishing. I tell him and he makes the sub no problem. The meatballs are now ready, and I'm watching the attendant make my sandwiches, I asked for more marinara sauce and he says that they don't have any marinara sauce. Rather surely towards me, and then says I went out of my way to make meatballs just for you. I informed him that I did not want to have a dry meatball sub, if that's the case I do not want the subs. He then said are you serious!? I said yes absolutely I have a coupon for three subs, if I can't get what I want honored I'm not getting anything. He then told me that I am obligated to pay for the first sub and I said no because it does not honor the order that I wanted. So you can throw that out and Mark it as waste
