Tried to use the app today to get a BOGO sundae. Cashier told me she couldn't use the coupon. Asked me if it's expired. Well if it was expired, the coupon would not allow me to activate it to show the code. Poor customer service. Didn't find another way to honor the discount.

I wrote a message to the "fan relations" people. They indicated that the national promotions are encouraged by corporate, but franchises don't have to participate. It would have been less of a PITA if you put up a sign indicating that you don't participate in the program. That would save customers the disappointment of not being able to get huge savings at the cash.

Service is just downright rude. Employee was complaining the whole time while making orders. The younger employee with braids today was very pleasant but OMG to the other employee. Unacceptable!

Had to wait in super long line because they only had two people on. When i finally order they said they dont take mastercard because they are on dial up. No sign anywhere and a complete was of time.
