  Very long to get order even when I ordered online 25 min prior to reaching restaurant. They had me waiting another 15 min. Also messed up my order, missing items.

  I've been to this location twice in the past month. I used the drive thru both times and made the mistake of not looking in the bag until I got home, which is a 15 minute drive away. The first time they forgot my fries supreme and then last night they forgot my cinnamon twists. The staff needs to be retrained on how to put food in a bag. I know it's hard.

  I ordered their chilli cheese fries and paid $7 for them, only to realize they were just cheesy fries. I waited on the counter for 10 mins with my food getting cold and when I finally got to the lady on the front counter and asked her where the chilli in my cheese fries was, she said we don't have any, we are out of it, and very bluntly and rudely frowned and asked me if I wanted mayo instead. I mean, firstly, why would I order chilli cheese fries if I just want cheese fries, and why do I pay $7 for them? Secondly, u rudely tell me that I don't get paid for what and ask me to take mayo and neither tell me before handing it over to me that we don't have it? What kind of customer service is this? I don't understand. Why the hell should I opt for mayo something mild when I want something spicy? Heights of stupidity, I don't get what I paid for and I am not even informed that its not there just handed over what they have....like really u decide for your customers. The lady and the man at the back looks like they are owners. They are barely bothered about their customers either

  I just had an extremely rude customer service interaction at this drive through. That’s not how I would treat my customers!
