  Soumela is the nicest server at this location always friendly and smiling. She always knows my order and gets it right. Food is always fresh and hot when she brings it. As well she’s always amazing with my children and ask how they are. She always checks in to make sure everything is ok. She’s the best

  We've been going here for years and years. The food is excellent, seems to be even getting better, and the Hefzul (Manager?) takes pride in looking after customers. He's very professional and kind. We've also gotten take out on occasion and the order has always been correct with everything ready in a timely manner.

  Was there a couple of days ago for dinner with my kid, Hefzul hosted/served us. He was great, attentive, listened to what I ordered and very nice. I was at another SC up the street a few days before, and they didn’t setup nor ask if I had a Scene card (I was asked at this location though), and this location also had a toy chest for the smaller kids (don’t know if it’s dependent on restaurant owner/mgmt). The food was fast, was delicious as expected and no complaints. My kid is going through a SC phase, so we’ll be back at this location soon.

  We had such a great experience at Swiss Chalet, and a big part of that was our server, Hefzul. From the moment we sat down, he was completely on point with everything. He got our drink orders in right away, checked in at all the right times without being intrusive, and the timing of the food coming out was perfect. You can tell he really understands how to pace a meal so you’re never waiting or rushed. What really stood out was the attention to detail. He anticipated everything—offering dessert at just the right moment, bringing lemon for hand washing without us needing to ask, and even having takeout containers ready when he noticed we had leftovers. It felt seamless from start to finish. Honestly, it was some of the best service we’ve had. Hefzul made the whole experience easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back, and we hope to be seated in his section again.
