  Service (Penny) was friendly, fast, and attentive. Food quality is decent. Restaurant should play some music maybe? Not much atmosphere.

  Don was friendly, courteous, and patient. He was efficient in serving our meals and very attentive to our requests. He is an asset to this Swiss Chalet location.

  I am very disappointed with the service we received at the Swiss Chalet – Morningside & Milner, Scarborough location. It took about 30 minutes to receive our food, and when it arrived, it was cold. Our portions were also much smaller than what other customers received. As a frequent visitor to multiple Swiss Chalet locations across the GTA, this is by far the worst location I have experienced. When we raised our concerns, the server walked away without responding. We asked to speak with a manager, and the owner eventually came to speak with us. Instead of listening, he repeatedly interrupted us and made a rude comment saying, “You have to pay for your meal,” which felt disrespectful since we never suggested otherwise. We were offered a 25% discount, but given the poor service and treatment, it did not feel appropriate. This experience left us feeling disrespected and very disappointed. I hope improvements are made to customer service at this location.

  Popped in for a quick lunch. Consistent, dependable and always delicious! Our server was Don and he was such a delight. Prompt, attentive, courteous and a genuinely pleasant person. Swiss Chalet had an amazing good will ambassador in him…his whole approach was refreshing and left a very positive lasting impression! Well done swiss chalet..well done!👏👏👏

  We had a great experience at Swiss Chalet and wanted to give a special thank you to our server, Cynthia. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. She checked in at the right times, made sure our drinks were always filled, and had such a warm and welcoming attitude. The food was delicious as always, but Cynthia’s service really made the experience stand out. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in what she does. Thank you for such wonderful service. We will definitely be back.
