  I love swiss chalet don't get me wrong but my experience last night was horrible I bought a blt chicken sandwich combo and my there was no tomato or sauce I had a black hair in my sandwich I couldn't eat it after that it made me sick 🤮. I would like a refund for my meal I am never buying thru the take out again. I expected high quality I am disappointed in the lack of quality for the money I spent it's not right that you pay so much & trust that you get good food instead I got crap. I will only eat in at that swiss chalet I hope to hear from the manager for my refund

  Perfect food delivery service, fast, tasty and hot. The beer battered fish was absolutely incredible. Definitely a winner along with their crispy and moist rotisserie chicken legs. I love the crispy skin and perfect seasoning.

  My friend Mary and I went here last night for my birthday. From the moment we stepped inside we were looked after. We both ordered the rib/chicken combo which was on special for $19.99, and we split a Caesar Salad. The amount of food was unreal for the price. I don’t think I would be able to eat it all. We did end up taking a bit home cuz there was just so much. Our server Annie was amazing. She was cheerful, eager to help, and she really went the extra mile. Like extra extra mile. And she was funny too. She really made our dining experience exceptional. Thanks so much Annie. I will remember this birthday. I know Mary was very pleased too
