  Don't even waste your time coming here. The quality of food is horrible. I just ordered takeout. $20+ chicken caesar salad. Got home, and my salad is red, in anot green, literally not edable. I don't have time to return this garbage so it's a complete loss. If you do order from here, thoroughly inspect your food to make sure it isn't rotten. Thanks for wasting my time and money. In addition, the cashiers don't have a clue what is going on. Not the place it used to be.

  The chicken has gotten so small we stopped eating at Swiss chalet a few years back as we did so a couple of times a week . We decided to give them another try about a month ago and we saw the cashier in the take out side handle the fries with her bare hand after we asked to see the size of the chicken b4 we left. Then yesterday I went n ordered a half chicken diner for a family member to get refried old fries n the smallest piece of chicken to date so this was the last time we will be visiting any Swiss chalet .....greatly dissapointed sad we can't trust our Canadian business any longer

  The food was delicious as always. Myself and family have been coming here for years, the rotisserie chicken is our favorite it's cooked perfectly always juicy and fall off the bone tender. Our server was Tarek and he is an absolute pleasure very polite and efficient and he is always smiling and has a great attitude.

  Me and my family used to love Swiss chalet for their nice warm an friendly environment but sadly we are no longer gas after we had sat down to eat and witnessed what we whenever to be the owner or boss picking his nose then sneezing in his hands before cutting a chicken and serving it. When we brought it up to our server they seemed just as upset as us (also mentioned that this boss or owner is known to be gross either way the food) our server let us know the man’s name was alok and that he is often never washing his hands and our server let us know that the other cooks except one all do the same as him and don’t clean themselves. I’m sad to say my family will no longer eat Swiss chalet but I do believe this disgusting man should be investigated and possible fired for making the recipe company a disgrace

  Had a wonderful experience at this location. First, Tarek as a server was very attentive and very quick with the service. We were greeted with a smile and the place felt warm. The food was delicious, especially the chicken. They never miss with the freshness and the flavor. Highly recommend the location and definitely recommending getting served by Tarek!
