  This location sucks please avoid if you want a sub. The staff doesn’t even listen and keeps repeating questions and somehow still getting the order wrong?? The employee was playing with the sub so much while garnishing, all mushy in the bag in the end. Avoid this location the ingredients also looked so old and not fresh.

  My boyfriend attempted to order subs from this location in person on more than one occasion and has ALWAYS BEEN MET WITH PROBLEMS. One occasion even seemed racially charged when several people of the same ethnicity were helped, my boyfriend was then ignored and the other people beside him were helped and he said “excuse me you missed me?”, and they deliberately ignored him. He left because the staff wouldn’t acknowledge him. Any sub received from this location via delivery has been trash. They put 1 pickle in my “extra pickles” request. A 1/2 handful of lettuce across a full 12” sub (despite ordering extra). Paid for extra meat and cheese and they were obviously left behind at the store. These kinds of shortcuts and cheap behaviour is obviously a management thing, especially since I have stood in front of the counter and said “extra spinach please” and been told the staff cannot because of the owner. This location has received many chances to redeem itself and it has FAILED. If you’re reading this - don’t waste your money here. I see the owner also responds ignorantly to reviews and can’t wait to see what BS he tries to blame all these issues on!

  Didn’t like the sub here. Their toaster is not working properly. My patty was not even warm, and even the cheese didn’t melt. They don’t have a grill. The veggies didn’t look that fresh or neatly organised. I added five sauces to my sub, but it was still dry. Even they don’t participate in any offers. It was a takeout order, and I didn’t have any tissues in the bag.
