    I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway location. I visited today around 5:00 PM, and the staff member who served me was rude and unprofessional. She didn’t have a pleasant attitude, didn’t smile, and did not communicate properly when I was ordering. On top of that, her long nails were very noticeable, which made the food handling feel unhygienic. Customer service is just as important as the food, and this experience was far from acceptable. I hope management looks into this and improves both staff attitude and hygiene standards.
