  Ordered 2 Spicy McChicken burgers yesterday and it was very disappointing. The chicken patties were extremely dry and gross, like they had been left warming for too long—all the moisture was gone. Unfortunately, we had already left the store when we took a bite, and ended up throwing them out. They were also very skimpy on the lettuce. I wish I had taken a picture.

  Bought a combo quarter pounder meal and opted to upsize the fry to Large. Didn’t bother to check and went straight home and realized I’ve been skimmed off, it seemed I’ve paid Large just for the large container but not actual fries. Lessons learned, never come back to this McDonald and always check your order before leaving.

  Under staffed, as I was waiting for my single burger order, my order number disappeared from the screen, I ask the guy about it, he said they are PROBABLY making it. I wait 15 minutes, I asked the lady, she grabbed my burger that I saw was sitting there for well over 10 minutes. I told her that is probably cold now, and wanted a refund.

  Unfortunately, I am unable to rate the food because I wasn't given any. I ordered a small fries which should be simple but for the staff it seemed to be over whelming as they were completing all other orders. They also removed my order number from the cue which prompted me to inquire about the status. After 7mins I decided to ask for a refund. I will be going back to get the name of the individual who removed my order from the cue and ignored the cashiers that were telling him abt my order and ignored them. I will update with name of individual as well.
