  Went through the drive-thru at the Eglinton & McCowan location (2870 Eglinton Ave E) on April 4 around 7:20–7:30 PM with my family in the car. We placed a mobile order (including 2 extra-large teas) and also made a second drive-thru order (Junior Chicken). We were asked to pull forward and wait, which was fine. When the order came out, the teas were wrong. We were charged for extra-large but given smaller sizes. We politely showed the receipt and asked for it to be corrected. The staff member who appeared to be in a supervisory role (black cap, black shirt, identified herself as “Shan/Shane”) refused to fix it at the window, insisted the order was correct, and told us to get out of the car and come inside — in the rain — with kids in the car. There was no apology. Instead, she was dismissive and ended the interaction with “goodbye, there are people waiting.” We stayed calm and respectful the entire time. What’s more concerning is the quality of the tea we were given. It was cold, tasted stale, and the cup looked worn, which raises questions about basic hygiene and handling. This could have been fixed in seconds, but instead turned into a very poor experience due to attitude and lack of accountability. A disappointing experience overall. A formal complaint has already been submitted to corporate.

  Honestly this macdonalds does a great job busy or nice the front desk have always been nice food always made better then most macdonalds and when it comes to being clean way better at that aspect then the downtown locations keep up great work !
