  Dear Management, I am writing to share my recent experience at your store, which I found quite disappointing. I visited to purchase white chocolate, but I was unsure which option was the most popular or best choice. I approached a staff member named Raisha (wearing a hijab) for assistance. Unfortunately, her response was dismissive she simply pointed to the display and said that everything available was already shown, without offering any guidance or support. Additionally, her behavior appeared unprofessional, as she frequently checked her phone while I was trying to seek help. This gave the impression of a lack of interest in assisting customers and showed very little customer service attitude or respect. As a customer, I believe your brand has a strong reputation, and experiences like this do not reflect the quality and professionalism one would expect. Employees are not just staff they represent your brand, and their service plays a key role in customer satisfaction. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure better customer service standards in the future. Thank you for your attention.

  Every time we visit STC, we make sure to stop by Lindt to buy chocolates. I am extremely disappointed with my repeated experiences at the Lindt Chocolate Shop. An associate named “Anthony” consistently shows selective behavior when offering free samples. On multiple visits, we were ignored while customers of a different background were offered chocolates immediately. This pattern has been observed more than once and raises serious concerns about discriminatory conduct. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any customer-facing environment. Management should address this issue urgently and ensure all customers are treated equally and with respect.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this chocolate shop. (not sure the name but she is hijabi ) One staff member showed absolutely no interest in helping customers. When I asked for assistance, she didn’t even make an effort to move or guide me properly just pointed from where she was and seemed completely uninterested. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in customer service. It gives a very bad impression of the store and makes customers feel unwelcome. Thankfully, another staff member stepped in and helped me properly, which I appreciate. However, one negative interaction like this is enough to damage the overall experience. Management seriously needs to address this kind of behavior. Staff who are unwilling to assist customers can harm the reputation of the business.

  I’ve been a loyal Lindt customer for a long time and am familiar with their policies, which made the recent experience disappointing. I visited the store to redeem a birthday reward, but the staff member, Pramod, seemed unaware of the process and insisted on his own version of the policy and that the policy had changed just two days ago. To be sure, I contacted customer service afterward and was told this information was incorrect. It’s concerning when staff provide inaccurate details and present it with confidence, as it creates confusion and reflects poorly on the brand. The overall professionalism in-store was also lacking. There was minimal customer engagement, and at times staff were speaking in another language while on the floor, which didn’t feel appropriate in a customer-facing setting. Lindt is a well-known and reputable company, which is why this stood out. I would recommend better staff training to ensure consistent and accurate customer service. Based on this experience, I would prefer visiting a different location in the future as I had no issues claiming my reward from different location after this encounter.

  I recently visited this place!! When I asked a staff member (raisha) to recommend or show me the best dark chocolates, she made no effort to assist. Instead, she simply pointed at the display and said everything was already there. She did not move, did not engage, and showed no interest in helping at all. There was no greeting, no smile, and absolutely no sense of customer service. It felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially for a brand that presents itself as a premium chocolate retailer. This level of service is unacceptable. Customers expect basic courtesy, product knowledge, and willingness to help none of which were present during my visit. Management seriously needs to address staff attitude and provide proper customer service training. Very disappointing experience, and not what I expected from a well known chocolate shop.
