  Stopped by today to get some KFC. Got there and ordered at around 3:00PM. Food was received at around 3:40. Staff kept saying that they are working on it and they were moving at negative speed. There were only two staff members working. The employees were quite disrespectful and did not care about customer satisfaction at all. The food was the lowest quality KFC I have ever received in my entire life. The slider was covered in mayo from top to bottom like mayo was some sort of dressing. This has been the absolute worst fast food experience I have ever had. Don’t come here if you want good food and good customer service. You will receive neither. If the manager/owner cares about their customers, I expect a reply to this review and all of the other reviews demanding answers to horrible service. Also note, the food ordered was not a family meal but was for two people. It was nothing that should have taken more than 10 minutes.

  What a joke of a KFC. Since when does an order take 40 minutes. The person before me was yelling saying he has been waiting close to 50 minutes. Poor service. However I'm giving two stars because the second person I asked for hot sauce gave more than just 2 packets. Take the time and drive somewhere else. You'll still get your order faster.

  Worst customer service and location ever you’ll wait for u food for $20 even if not busy and the managers will yell at u if you complain anyone leaving a good review is because they offer them free stuff please fire all the staff and get new ones because I come to the location after work everyday for the same result also they stop serving the hot and spicy chicken after 3 because they don’t want to make it not because they have no more

  I visited this branch and was quite disappointed with my experience. The fries were not hot, and the cashier was not approachable. The washroom was messy, and the dining area was not clean. It was a disappointing visit, and I will not be coming back to this branch again.
