  Laxmi an amazing server at Kelsey on Eglinton! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. I ordered the chicken balsamic and it was absolutely delicious—flavorful, well-cooked, and beautifully presented. Kelsey checked in at just the right times and made the whole dining experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Amazing experience at this Kelseys location, despite my numerous food allergies & restrictions, Sabine our sever was so patient and kind and very helpful ensuring that they were able to accommodate and find something for me to eat. I had 2 chicken breasts with side broccoli and a side garden salad. As well the portions for so much, my son ordered an ultimate burger with fries and chicken bites. Everything was delicious and amazing customer service. I definitely will come back. So great to see fantastic and friendly servers.

  This location is an old favorite for us. Our server was excellent and friendly. We had the spinach dip which we noticed had been reduced in size but tasted great, We also had the mushroom burger which was excellent and a steak which was terrible. It was cooked as requested but poor tasting. We sat in a booth in the bar which the walls are now heavily covered in crayon and need cleaning. TVs all worked. We are not likely to return soon but fun to go down memory lane.

  Came to Kelsey’s after 20 years for my husband birthday with my family. We were the group of six and Really impressed with the speed of service and attention. Our drinks were constantly ask for refills. Our server Laxmi.L stands out on her service and help us choose our meal. I end up getting blue cheese pasta and it’s was 100/10. Really good. Very charming and sweet server. Makes our visits wonderful. Will be back definitely if we came across Scarborough. Thankyou Laxmi.L and the entire team of Kelsey’s for providing us with great hospitality. Thankyou for singing happy birthday song. Keep going Laxmi.L

  Initially left a low rating due to my experience Left below, after speaking to the owner of the chains I was left with a better amendment to the situation and feel confident things will improve Honestly I see there’s a lot of reviews about slow and ignorant service. Same here, of many options tonight we chose Kelsey’s It’s very unfortunate for other staff supposedly also benefiting from tips because the one girl as a server was rlly arrogant and laughing and forgetting items and was not as friendly to us as she was to other tables (aka 3 tables) and our food took long was never offered refills or anything Still gave an $8 tip hopefully to be split with kitchen Really disappointed
