  Came here around 1am and waited 20 minutes for our food. Finally got our food and realized after we drove off that our onion rings tasted burnt. Turned the lights on and yes indeed all the onion rings were burnt. Had to go back and wait. Got our onion rings and when we were about to eat the burgers they didn’t add anything we had asked for plus the burgers were cold by then. Called and spoke to a manager. She took my name and number last week and still no call back. So you get a bad review.

  I am writing this to express my absolute disgust with the service I received today at the Milner location. I have never encountered a staff member as unprofessional, rude, and unhygienic as the lady (Indian ethnicity, wearing glasses) who handled our order. The Experience: Order Negligence & Attitude: The cashier completely botched our order, ringing up onion rings instead of the drink I clearly requested. When I politely corrected the mistake with the kitchen staff, she intervened with a massive attitude, making faces as if the error were mine. Her response to her own mistake was a dismissive, "Just give them a drink," without a hint of an apology. Unprofessional Confrontation: When I told her she needs to own her mistakes instead of giving me an attitude, she dismissively claimed she was "busy." I told her that being busy is no excuse to make faces at a customer, to which she sarcastically replied that she "has this kind of face" and snapped, **"Should I put on a new face?"** or **"I can't put a different face on myself."** For a staff member to be this illiterate in basic customer service and mock a customer instead of correcting a mistake is bottom-tier behavior. Unsanitary Handling: We sat down to eat and realized the fries were soggy and ice-cold—despite having just received them. When I asked for a fresh batch, she had the audacity to **put her whole hand into the fries** to check the temperature. This is a massive health code violation and completely ridiculous! Subpar Food Quality:The replacement fries she provided were even worse—overcooked, burnt, and appeared to be the leftover scraps from the bottom of the bin. She didn't even bother giving us a refund for what we paid extra due to her initial mistake. Conclusion: I am not just "dissatisfied"—I am appalled. Being busy is no excuse for poor hygiene and a total lack of basic respect for customers. This "piece of art" working your front counter is driving away business. I'd rather complain to the head office than deal with her again. I expect a response regarding how this will be addressed. P.S. Check out the previous reviews of this location; many complaints about fries. The owner seems to not care. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

  I came in with a coupon for 1 small chicken sandwich and 1 small buffalo sandwich for $5. The lady gave me 2 small chicken sandwich and when I told her 1 was supposed to be buffalo she said that there was no such coupon. I didn't feel like arguing so I took the garbage burgers and left.

  Shoutout to Arvin at this Harvey’s/Swiss Chalet location. He was friendly, efficient, attentive to detail with our order, and courteous. These days, customer service can feel kinda hit-or-miss, which is why Arvin’s outstanding service did not go unnoticed. His pleasant attitude made a dinner outing with family genuinely enjoyable. He’s doing an amazing job!

  The staffs are amazing always friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The restaurant is consistently clean, which makes the whole experience even better. The drive thru service is impressively fast and efficient, perfect when you're on the go. Orders are accurate, fresh, and prepared quickly. Great food, great service, and a well maintained location make this Harvey’s a top choice. Highly recommend! Keep up the good work- Shiela, Devi, Vivian, Prasha.
