This raised serious concerns about cross-contamination. It was uncomfortable to watch, and unfortunately, I felt I had no choice but to discard the food. I wanted to bring this to your attention as it really affected my experience.

They make you drive up always and wait because they say they have a timer 🙄 and then we got like 8 fries in the combo! Considering I had to wait in a parking spot for a combo you would think they can at the very least give a full pick of fries!

Me and my friend went at this outlet and ordered chicken strips and nachos and fries as one of us is vegetarian and their menu says that nacho and fries is vegetarian and certified vegetarian by American Vegetarian association. When I asked the employ , if they are using different oils to fry vegetarian dish and non vegetarian dishes or not. They said that they are using the same oil which violates every rule of a food outlet. When I asked why they do this, he said that it is what it is. Eat if you want to eat. Rude behaviour + toxic environment with zero ethics. These guys are serving food by promoting false information on their menus.
