  For the most part it was a nice afternoon meal on Saturday March 14th with prompt service from Jin. The 3 of us all ordered different dishes. I had a bowl of their always satisfying chicken soup and fish tacos as my meal. 5/5 for mine. However my friends meals were sub par. There was a very tasty appetizer of perogies which we all shared, and although they both had the 1/4 chicken meal their sides were different. The rice mixture on one was nearly flavourless and the garlic shrimp on the other had an overpowering fishy taste and the shrimps were mushy. The real complaint that I hope the management correct is ALL of our main dishes were served on freezing cold plates?? We addressed this with Jin but he seemed to shrug his shoulders about it. Most restaurants when they bring your entree warn you to be careful as the plate is quite hot....as it should be.

  The server sukhu was very wonderful however i cant say the same for the quality of food. It wasn’t 100% best. The chicken was so small, rice dry and almost burned texture. Compared to other Swiss chalet locations this one was a 3/10.. sorry but it just seems run down and looks like only 1 server doing everything.

  Sukh was a wonderful serve and also made great recommendations and suggestions. He was very kind, sweet and made sure we got a our food nice fresh and hot I would recommend Sukh and his services thank you so much for make our stay very welcoming 😊

  Worker found on his phone. You can hear the employees chatting in the back, no one at the take out register to pick up the ready food. They ignore when someone calls out hello, they ignore wave downs until you get mad and look like the demanding client. How is this service, this even the restaurant side. Pick up, is literally that. Be there for me to pick up the food.

  We have been to this Swiss chatlet a few time Food is standardized. and you won’t get any surprise from having a oversized drumstick dark meat chicken plate Jin is actually a very nice server. Be honest. His sense of humor is a bit dry. When it comes to serving food. He is superb. He came by the table to make sure we had what we need. He is good at what he does You can tell customers were happy about his service. Jin is very attentive, moves fast and can a carry a conversation. If you are in the neighborhood check this restaurant out.
