  I came here to see if anyone else was unhappy about the food quality other than me. Hope the kitchen management put little more of training into . The side portions are all in half the usual amount, soggy vegetables and burnt chicken . Im sure you guys could do little better. We love swiss and mostly eat them out of nostalgia and family traditions. So please make it memorable. Hope you can read this and take it as a positive criticism instead of nagging. P.s i gave 4 star only for the front desk service.

  I ordered take out for a pulled barbecue chicken sandwich. No crispy bacon, no coleslaw. chicken was even pulled!! it was a plain dry as hell chicken breast. This was absolutely horrible. I couldn't even chew it, it was so dry!! When I called the location to complain she said that is how the sandwich is made..I said really? I escalated to her manager and they left me hanging on the phone for 15mins, I eventually hung up and here I am posting this review. I would think twice about this place. Never ever again and I will warn my entire network of friends!

  Ordered nearly $200 in takeout food from the Lawrence location. Food was 3 hours late and missing glad the items. No answer on the phone when calling them to check on. Order or complain. One of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had.

  Food is good but would not recommend visiting on Christmas eve for takeout. We've waited over 45 min for takeout. The staff clearly works hard but are understaffed. The owner should be ashamed for underhiring.

  Talking from experience, go elsewhere. My father ordered takeout for dinner this Christmas Eve for a family of 6. And things were entirely missing from the meal. An order of chicken tenders had cranberry splattered all over the chicken and bun; we didn’t order a festive special. Not impressed. The chicken fingers were very tiny and overcooked as well, unlike any other Swiss we have ordered from. An order of third rack ribs and quarter chicken dark meat, very scarce and looked like scraps. They were dry and hard, lacked any type of meat on the bones. Another full rack of ribs was purchased in the order and they were very dry and sauceless, tough and not at all tender. Incredibly disappointing for a restaurant known for their ribs… A whole side order of a baked potato was missed as well as multiple sauces. That we were charged for, mind you. $150 worth of food, only to be handed a whole order of crap. We would’ve been satisfied settling with pure slop for dinner at this rate, but this take out order was a pretty close second to slop too. Regardless if this restaurant was busy or not, go elsewhere. Their quality does not match any standards my family had with ordering. Rushed or not, the food was bad. I highly recommend going elsewhere to anyone who reads this review. Happy Holidays.
