We’re regular guests, visiting various locations about twice a month for the past two years—often on Wednesdays to take advantage of the kids’ meal that comes free with an adult order. This time, we wanted to use our Kids Coop 5 Meal Card, but our server (receipt shows the name “Carol,” though I’m not certain) told us it couldn’t be used because we ordered the Thanksgiving special. She also mentioned that the Wednesday kids’ free meal doesn’t apply to special meals, which doesn’t match our past experiences. Since our child was crying for a nap, we didn’t want to discuss it further at the time. I’d just appreciate clarification from management on whether this policy has changed or if it was a misunderstanding. If it’s correct, I’ll gladly update my review. Thanks!

Not only did this waste my time, but because I ordered through Uber One (to have the delivery fee waived), my receipt was later adjusted and new delivery charges were added — which completely defeated the purpose. On top of that, the food I did receive wasn’t good either. Very frustrating experience overall.
