We left another Swiss Chalet location nearby because they were unable to accommodate our large group. Glad we left the other location and came to this location on Victoria Park & Sheppard Ave. Customer service was excellent. The food was delicious. Our server Bie was exceptional. Thank you, Bie and the management staff! We will definitely be back. Happy New Year.

Calling customer service was pointless as they don't cater to drive-thru orders, only take out or delivery. Was told to go back to the restaurant where drive-thru took place--that policy needs to change. Went to drive-thru and all was good as there were no issues, got the forgotten item without any problem. Drive-thru service was great from start to finish on both trips, original order and upon returning.
