    Ordered festive but I didn't like it, next time I'll stick to the original only. However, service provided by Trisha is amazing, positive vibes with the customers.

    In the past two years, this Swiss Chalet location has made multiple mistakes when filling delivery orders to my home. The first was with an order for chicken strips with dry rub. The dinner is described on the website as containing FIVE strips. However, when we unpacked the dinner it contained only THREE strips, plus they were plain -- they did not include the dry rub. However, when I called the restaurant to report the error, the manager claimed that he had personally packed the order so it was correct, and he refused to do anything about it. A few months later, my family ordered 4 quarter chicken dinners. It was obvious the restaurant was very busy given the lengthy delivery time, and it turned out that the chicken was severely undercooked. Unfortunately, by the time we discovered just how underdone it was, it was too late. We had eaten enough to affect us, and within hours all four of us were vomiting. Again, the manager was self-righteous, rude, and actually accused us of lying. We had to escalate the issue to head office, where their customer service rep issued a credit for the meals. Sadly, the credit had to be used at the same location. But given that we now had trust issues with the restaurant, we were hesitant to use the credit. Recently, we decided to try again and ordered two festive specials. But when we unpacked the order we quickly realized that one dinner was just a plain quarter chicken dinner. It did not contain any cranberry or stuffing, and the Lindor chocolates were missing. The second dinner contained only the cranberry and the chocolates, but the stuffing was missing. When I called the restaurant to report everything that was missing despite paying for it, the manager once again argued that the order was correct. He also stated that since he had to honor the credit, he wasn't going to do anything else for us. Bottom line, we no longer trust this location. If the manager chooses to respond to this review, I fully expect that he will continue to adamantly argue and gaslight, and state that the restaurant is never wrong because that's who he is, and "customer service" is non-existent.

    Don was our server. He was very polite, welcoming and ensured excellent service! Thank you Don and the chef staff for making our meal and date night fantastic!

    Two weeks ago ordered food, the roll was missing. Today I ordered the Christmas special, and the stuffing is missing. This is disappointing and it shows low service quality standards since it was just one meal. If you order make sure to open and check your order. The other thing, one person was sleeping on one of the tables in the take out area, which gives a bad impression. The person at the cash register, very nice and displayed great customer service.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. We had an awful experience at this location. Someone in our group accidentally left a wallet there, and when we went back to get it, the staff acted like it wasn’t a big deal. The manager who was supposed to be looking for the wallet was literally sitting down and eating instead of helping us. Only when we mentioned we had the location of the wallet and that we would call the police did she suddenly decide to start “searching.” To make things even worse, the staff told us their policy was basically “we keep what we find.” Excuse me? That’s not a policy, that’s theft. Totally unacceptable. The complete lack of professionalism, honesty, and basic decency was shocking. Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else. Clearly, customer service and basic integrity means nothing at this Swiss Chalet.
