  Is it so bad working at Swiss Chalet STC? Came here around 6:30 PM for take-out and only a handful of people. Was greeted by an older cashier who never once smiled during the whole time there. Ordered the full back rib dinner. The ribs were dry, the fries were dry, and the coleslaw given was minuscule, barely enough for one tablespoon. And why is it $2 more expensive to order in person versus ordering online? Ridiculous! SMH

  Wonderful location close to Scarborough Town Centre. Service was friendly and fast. Kaitlyn was there to greet me and take me to my table within seconds of my arrival. Amy was my server. Both ladies were absolutely lovely. Attentive, welcoming and the service was very fast! Great meal and happy I stopped by. Thank you!

  Amy was absolutely amazing! From the moment she started, she brought so much energy and confidence. She was well prepared, stayed focused, and really stood out. What made her especially impressive was how natural and comfortable she seemed you could tell she put in effort and it paid off. She handled everything smoothly and made it look easy. Overall, Amy did a fantastic job and should be really proud of herself!

  Avoid this Swiss chalet after 5pm. I have been here very often and they are consistently rude about availability. The manager i do not know her name has been nice before but she clearly hates her job and expressing rudeness very often. I have spoke to her about being rude and she apologized and was nice but even after i come back she is rude before knowing its me. Some people just dont speak nicely it seems... I understand if there is a wait or unavailable items (seems like they wont give you more than 1 dark meat after a certain time) but to be extremely rude about it even when I was willing to wait she said there are other 3 waiting. She said it would be 40 minutes, it seems like they are too lazy to keep making the chicken after a certain time and have to encourage white meat sales. Absolutely the worst service ive ever seen at any restaurant leave alone Swiss chalet. Drive through or take out and your not getting dark meat without attitude or frustration. I unfortunately live close by and default to this Swiss chalet but am reminded of how awful people can be. Very disspointed with the management and service here. Would love to eat a full meal here for dinner but I can get what I want ever at the evening time. Im always left hungry...
