We really enjoy coming here and will drive a fair distance just to make sure that we can patronize this location. Well done! The older Asian women server provided the worst service I have ever experienced. She serve my salad without a fork. Because she was using her other hand to carry drinks to more important customers. I asked for a DOUBLE LEG dinner. She served me a half chicken dinner. Sorry I was very clear when I ordered my food. She gave me a dirty fork. Not sure how a dirty fork ends up in clear area. I also ask for for more butter for my roll. She move some salt and peppers shakers first. My food and fork did arrive. At least the kitchen didn't screw up. Instead of giving my a finger bowl with the water and lemon. She gave wet nap packet. It also took 10 minutes to get seated. I can remember when Swiss Chalets use to be full of families. Sorry between the Costco chicken and places like Nandos. Swiss Chalet can't afford to lose customers.
