- DMD M1 day ago4.0This location, by the Eglington Go Train, has been here for decades. As is often the case, given the day and time that we usually visit, we were served by Tarek. He is always personable and attentive. The Swiss Chalet menu is "predicable" but dependable which I appreciate. My 'bone to pick' is that it isn't unusual that SW, and it can be any SW location, will run out of dark meat, as was the case today. In any event we will continue to patronize this restaurant chain.
- ABAlan Bauza4 days ago4.0We ordered delivery, food was great but like all other restaurants, they skimped on ketchup. When you order online, for a family pak the only option is 4 packets. Considering the amount we spent, you'd think Swiss could afford to give out more packets of ketchup??

The chicken was juicy and flavorful, the wings were perfectly cooked, and the French fries were hot and crispy. The veggies were a great side and everything was fresh and satisfying when i arrived home. A great family meal that really hit the spot! 😋🍗

Came to dinner with my family and took over an hour for the food and was cold. waitress didn’t come and check in on us for refills anything. Had to ask for cutlery. Very disappointed for the wait and food. Loved this place and is my go to so very dissatisfied from these people.

But we were interrupted twice by a manager yelling at one of the servers about I think not leaving the kitchen without a tray and she started crying. The manager is really rude to the servers here and I wont be surprised if this place will be closed down in the future... Do the servers not have a union here?! Anyways we are eating at another location now.
