  Ordered the ultimate peperoni pizza on uber eats New York style medium size . And got a thin crust . Absolutely horrible after waiting so long for it to arrive . This is not first time I got thin crust when I didn’t order it . If I wanted thin crust I would have ordered it .

  Ordered pizza last night which only came to $20 something but the delivery driver didnt end up having money to pay me back after handing him a $50 bill so I had no choice to spend $50 on just a pepperoni pizza.... Don't order for delivery if you dont want to be ripped off.

  EDIT (after their response): They said I had fraudulent points. I’m trying to understand how setting up deliveries with successful payment under my name, spending $500+ for pizza delivery amongst multiple North America schools, is fraudulent. Each order was successfully paid, delivered, and received. I’m trying to understand what was “false” about my review - did I lie? Anyways, they actually cancelled my account, including my Papa Dough credits. They said I’m not welcome at their store - cool, I have no plans on returning to not only this store, or any Papa John’s. ORIGINAL: This franchise will not accept Papa Dough’s reward dollars. I put in 2 orders, both using Papa Dough dollars I had - 1 for delivery, 1 for carry out. Both got cancelled. I asked why and they said corporate cancelled it. But I was already there to pick up my carry out, and hungry, so they told me to just pay it in full. Begrudgingly, I did - 55 dollars down the drain. I even checked the receipt after and noticed they didn’t even put the 39.99 deal on it, so it was more than what I would have paid if I ordered online, even if I paid full with my own card. So right after, I called Corporate to confirm if they can cancel store orders. They said no, they can’t, and the store cancelled it. I asked what do I do if I want to use my Papa Dough dollars going forward. They said I should add more items so that it’s a mixture of points and money. But why would I buy more food just to use my Papa Dough dollars? Anyways, they should probably kill the Papa Dough program if it’s not going to be accepted at all the franchises. They said they’d let the management know but I’m not confident anything will get done. Anyways, the food is decent, but I’m going to use up my Papa Dough dollars at a store that will let me use it (hopefully someone does), then move onto another pizza provider (like Dominos, Little Caesar’s, Pizza Pizza). Oh, if you give them a 5 star, they’ll give you free pizza dip. See other reviews with FREE or DIP in them.

  Edit in response: isn’t bribing people with free items for 5 star reviews more “fraudulent” than denying someone who has spent HUNDREDS of dollars on your mediocre pizza (mediocre is a GENEROUS adjective here) the reward points that they earned? Just cancel the program if you’re not gonna honour it. Nice try trying to save face. It’s so sad you lost a loyal customer to save your franchise… $40? Like do the math. Was that really worth it? If someone spends enough to earn a free $40… hmm doesn’t that mean they spent the money in the first place to earn it? This was a very dishonest experience on your behalf. Original: They give people free stuff if you give a five star review, so that’s the first red flag. They didn’t let my husband use his membership points and cancelled his order twice (first delivery and then again when he drove there in person) and pretended it was corporate that cancelled it. Suuuper sketchy franchise, I would never return.
