If this is what papajohns calls boneless wings, they should be ashamed. Never ordering from this location ever again.

Communication was also difficult due to poor English proficiency, which further affected the overall service experience. The level of customer service was far below expectations. I sincerely hope the management team takes appropriate action to address these issues and improve staff conduct. Unfortunately, I will not be returning!!! 0/10 👎🏼

I went to pick up an order during very bad weather with heavy snow, but the staff refused to hand over the food because I did not have a bag. The snow was extremely deep, making it difficult to carry anything extra. I have visited over 100 restaurants, and I have never experienced customer service like this. On top of that, the employees’ attitude was very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location to anyone based on my experience.
