I had placed an order on the app using a coupon to get a free sub. Since it was free there was no payment required. After I placed the order in the parking lot, I saw the worker appear within a minute and hang a handwritten sign in the door saying they were not accepting Interac, only cash payments. After waiting 10 minutes, I went in and said I’m here to pick up my order and the worker asked me to show her the order and took a picture of it on her phone . She said she didn’t receive anything as her interac system is down. After she murmured something to her coworker, she very unenthusiastically decides to make the sub. She doesn’t reference the picture she took that outlined my order and asked me what I wanted. She offered white or brown bread to which I pointed out I ordered the cheese bread and she sighed while pulling that out. Then she asked me what other toppings I wanted. It was obvious she didn’t want to fulfill the order and does not seem like a coincidence her interact system “stopped working”. This was my very first time at this location and I will not be back ever again.

Service felt a bit slow/inefficient. Not a location you want to sit and eat or get chatty/social staff. But it gets the job done when you want a sub.
