  I ordered the Friday special sub. Strangely, the guy who made the sub neither asked me what kind of bread I wanted, nor what size of sub I wanted. He just picked a random long bread, and proceeded to make the sub. The Friday special sub said 'Tuna or seafood', but what I got was imitation crab. Yes, imitation crab - the processed crap that has a hundred additives. The taste was decent. It costed $10 + 13 percent tax.

  Will never return to this Mr. Sub untill I see new owners. Still driving out of my way to go to Coxwell & O'Connor where they know how to make a sub.This location is terrible.

  So I went to the Mr Sub today to grab a sub for my boyfriend for his lunch for work and let me tell you horrible service they didn’t have what my boyfriend requested they need to do a better job mind you I hate Mr sub I would never touch their food but anyways the guy that made me the sub added a sauce which my bf never requested for the people that make the subs should ask the customer not randomly put whatever they wish for on there to make more business cmon was very pissed off about that anyways this place is a dump don’t go here I don’t

  Thus place has gone downhill. Its been in the mall for over 10 years possible 15 or more. This is the 1st time I've ordered an assorted sub and wasn't asked what kind of bread I wanted. He went straight to to stale loaf of brown bread and proceeded to soak the bread with sub sauce. Again. The first time I've seen anyone at Mr Sub slather sub sauce on the bread rather than the items on your sandwich. Whoever has taken over this location should close the doors and quit. They are ruining an icon. On top of all of this i feel ashamed I stood there and waited for him to unpack cheese slices and it was 5 mins later before he procee to make my sandwich. This was a bad experience and I will frequent this location again due to the poor slow service and the unpleasant sandwich.

  I came here just right before closing on Saturday and to my amazement, the young lady working still took my order! She was so kind and helpful; made my experience here all with it. I believe her name is Dharani, you can truly see her hustle and her care into making her customers happy. Thank you for making my experience here so good at this Mr. Sub!
