Service is efficient, the drive-thru moves smoothly, and my coffee and sundae are always made just the way I expect. It’s a reliable stop when I need a quick treat or caffeine boost. Definitely a dependable location.

The employee taking my order sounded rushed and impatient, cutting me off and pushing me to finish even though I clearly stated I wasn’t done yet. On top of that, I ordered a Coca-Cola and received a different drink, there were no straws in the bag, and the fries were cold and clearly not fresh. This experience was really upsetting, especially because my pregnant wife was craving a Filet sandwich and we were both really looking forward to this meal. Unfortunately, it turned into a very negative experience. I hope management addresses this, because this level of service is unacceptable.

Not all but the majority of jaded older ladies. The younger staff tends to be much more accomodating. With prices rising and food portions getting smaller ... it may be prudent to improve services and bring value back.
