I then proceed to check my order and they forget to give me HALF my order. I go instead to notify the worker that I am missing a jr chicken and a CRSIPY chicken wrap. She asks me if a grilled chicken wrap will do as the crispy chicken wrap will take 7 minutes. I wait the “7 minutes” which turns to 10 minutes. I receive the remainder of my order and leave. After the whole ordeal, I bite into my fillet o fish… AND ITS HARD AS A ROCK. I am extremely upset with the quality of the food and the service. Please do better

This place can do much better by hiring people who know what they're doing.

This has happened over 5–6 times at different times of the day. At this point, it feels like a consistent issue rather than bad luck. Very disappointing.
